Deduction of balance from my aircel no.

There are 100 sms free on my aircel no. On 5 aug 2012 (friend ship day) I texts to my frnds and they deducted my balance. Then I called 198 to register my complain and the executive said that nothing could be done.I said that service provider 'aircel' can atleast notify the user about ''message deduction on special days'' then he said that there is no such service about notifying the user about it. After that he disconnected the phone and now they are not even picking up the call. Tell me what should I do. To whom I should approach.
