Bad behaviar with technician's helper & sweeper

Hello sir, I hope you'r fine. Sir, I'M employee in kbs agencie(tepla, ambala). I want to say you some against kas. There are only two lady sweeper for clean. Helper of technician cleans the floor. There is no system. And no provide good tea for workshop labour. There is no time tabale. We are very confused. So please solve this problem. I hope you sir, that you will be do good for us.
