Billing complaint at big bazaar, hiland park kolkata of rs. 300

I DID shopping of rs.195.70 on 4/08/2012 at you big bazaar hiland park kolkata. I gave a note of rs. 500 to your cashier whose name is papai saha. He returned me rs. 4 only , I was in a hurry so I DID not realise that I recieved rs 300 less. When I went outside I realised that I had got only rs. 4 and I left rs. 300 with the staff. Again when I went into the shop the cashier told he will check and then tell me . When he checked he said that I gave him only rs 200. His behaviour was also quite rude. I complained to the manager mr. Dipankar but he also told the same. I have lodged the complaint in the complaint register of the store. My reciept number is 4485 tr no is 091. Sir I never thought that staff of company like big bazaar would behave in such a manner. Sir I have doubt on mr. Papai saha. So I request you to kindly look into the matter and if possible see the video footage which will make it more clear . And please refund my rs. 300. I hope you would consider my complaint and react to it at the earliest.
