Complaint against airtel

Dear sir, my number 984. Had purcased this number few days before for my company which is just starting in few months. Was not able to understand why airtel executive responded very rude with my husband mr pramod( head operations events management) for verification purpose. Iam taking this case in very serious way to get the same resolve.Airtel executives called me for verification and my husband give complete info. Despite of talking nonsense on call they asked him to confirm on personal thing which is not related to airtel and non of there business. This hearted our emo and now taking this strongly with my legal , if iam not getting proper response.Now my number itself is not exist been bared and loosing lot many business query and other info today I lost business of rs 000. Here with I would like to lodge official complaint against airtel for disconnecting my number from service and I have lost the business of 5 lakhs from my customer from my client when they called number was not exist . The executive who careless enquiry of verification made would be solely responsible or airtel .Issue was : verification calls received and the execuitve responded rudely and agin after giving all the information for second time number was activated for few days again got disconnected .After escalating to ceo the number was activated for 24 hrs or 48 hrs and I DID not received any calls that time when I enquired today morning they said we called , but surprisingly not received any calls.After giving proper docs and personally went to airtel now this kind of issues are there.
