Airtel has done a forced migration of my original plan "plan value 499" to some new billing plan "ap_zipnet dsl usage based (256kbps/512kbps) plan package" without notice to me, without consent to me. My broadband telephone reference is 643. With my original plan, my bills used to be in the range of rs.700 to rs.1000. However, with new bill plan linked to me, my bills have been above rs.2000/- Every month. Since 6 to 8 mths, they have been calculating my bills per new bill and my bill amounts are quite huge and exorbitant. The same has been notified several times to them, however, they haven't been able to resolve this issue by recalculating my bills. They haven't been responding to my requests or emails any more. Please note I have not stopped making payments and do want to continue using their services. I would like the transactions to be fair, be responsive and resolve this issue for continuation of relationship and usage of services. Thank you. Shortly, as one of the recent bills has not been paid, I'M expecting they would disconnect the services. Whereas I havent' stopped payments for last six months despite their wrong billing. They would do so by disconnecting even if I haven't paid for a month. Thank you!
