Refund of registration fees from Sae institute

The institute has taken 50000rs as registration fees for course name b.Se in visualization .And told that if we are not interested in joining course by some reason they will refund money deducting 10% charge. As per campus norms.It is also mentioned on website at same time.They given wrong information about course and campus.They harassed us for fees to be paid before the semester.The lady name durga continuously pressurized us fees to be paid else we cancel registration.When we got doubt and we requested will pay directly to campus .They shown true colors when we reached chennai .Semester was yet not started.And she misbehaved that will not refund your registration fees.This is rule.Not I M only who is victimized there are many who are in same problem... please to help us as this totally hard core money and a small amount as well.
