Respected sir, I had recharged of 2g internet scheme on 30th june2012 for 2 months(I also received message from 1985 that your recharge has been done). From last monday(30th july), I got a message from same no. 1985 that your 3g service activate 3ps/10kb, but I ignore it because my was different, although my balance was deducted so I called to 198 customer care, I talked to their executive mr. Navinbhai. He told me that he put my complaint and I got my result in 24hrs. But I didn't get any answer till tuesday evening, so I called again to customer care but they all were busy said by their computer program, I still tried upto 9pm but nothing. So wednesday I went to my nearest idea store, I told them my all things, they checked on their computer and said your complaint was their and you get your answer in next day. But today friday(3 aug),my complaint is not solve. This is not very big matter but my online banking, I have small business so I didn't attached to my client by mailing. Sir from last 3 to 4 days idea 2g internet speed dropped to 4kbps but before it used to be 12 to 15kbps or more. Can u let knw the reason. This is from chennai. Awaiting ur rply. Thanks
