I had recharged my data card mts number:- 2968 using online services of rs. 98/- On 24th july'2012 and after 2 days of using my internet my data is lost on 27th july'2012 I called to mts customer care and after discussio so long 28 minutes they are ready to take my complaint and given compalaint no:- c12-48139254 and confirmed me that I need to wait 72 hours to get my data back as there is some technical fault from the mts and due to this my data is lost. When it is near about to 72 hours on 30th july I recived a call from mts that I have to wait more 72 hours to get my data back as resolution now come. When I told them I need my data today else you can refund my rechrge amount and I dont want to use mts services now then he confirmed they cannot do this and I have to wait only. It was like my routine to call to customer care daily 2 times and all answers I got is I have to wait only and they cannot do anything. One of the customer care executive given me a number of nodal officer that is:- 5255 to talk with him if I want to talk with senior I called to nodal officer mts and he confirmed me that he will work personaaly on my complaint why it is taking time and get back to me today means 1st august'2012 before 5 pm and I will get my data back today and he will also going to call me when I didn't recived any call from the person I called after him after 5 pm on 1st aug and he didn't took call from my number and when I called through different no he took the call and when I confirmed my name he told me he cannot help me out in any way and cut down the phone and again tried to call him but he didn't picked the phone. When I called again to customer care he confirmed me that nodal officer checked my complaint and raised a new complaint which is:- c12-48189895 and due to this I need to wait more 72 hours to get the data back I asked him I didn't told him to take a new complaint why he DID this then he confirmed that you didn't benifited from your previous complaint and due to this new complanit is raied and now I have to wait more 72 hours that's all they can do. When I asked now this is 5 days I didnt get my data back and if this complanit didn't worked what will I do he confirmed you can again call us and need to give a new complaint. Mts customer care are very rude and they dont provide care about the customer and least bothered about the lost which I am suffering due to internet.
