I had recharged rs 200 in my dish tv dth account (VC no. 505) through online on 01/08/2012 10:00 am by rechargeitnow.Com. But recharge not done and amount deducted from my account. While I received email of successful transaction message.Plz take proper action regarding this. Transaction ID is ri-10241967069992.

• transaction I.D. Of the recharge that failed
• name of payment gateway
• e-mail used
