I had taken country club membership june 2009 and paid rs. 00/- For this membership. When it was sold to me, your executive had given so many promises and features of this membership. Some of them like below 1) I will get 6 days & 7 night free accommodation for my family for next 30yrs. Since then have regularly following up with country club (head office vide email, mumbai office meeting umesh shetty and subha rao) subha rao has a complete history of the complain, still prefers to act deaf and dumb on the whole case. Introduced myself all over again to their sales team, who still sell the same scheme (6n/7d for 30 years @ /-). Have the proposal (blue) and the complete scheme benefits on their letterhead duly signed by their sales manager. I made umesh shetty listen to a recorded audio clip on my mobile that was between me and their sales manager confirming to me that I and my family shall enjoy 6n/7d for 30 yrs. In spite of all this they still do not want to provide me with the 6n/7d for 30 yrs that was promised to me in june 009. Pls help me resolve this issue amicably or help me in filing a complain in the consumers court in mumbai. Thanks javed

I suggest that the chairman "enjoys his to the fullest" on his own money rather than on cust hard earned money.
