Datawind misleading consumers to pay in advance and get nothing in return
Hello, I have booked 2 ubi tablets from datawind called aakash tablets. The payment was done during march and from then I have been calling every 10 days and I get the same reply that it will be done in next 10 days. This is absolutely false promises and they cheat people in taking money in advance for the product that they cant deliver. With government support these people there is nothing a common person can do. It seems that govt is for companies like this and not for common people. Where there are so many complaints about this company why is that this company still has license to run?

I have replied to your email. Please note that its more than 1 year since I have placed an order with you guys as advance payment. And yet your phone numbers dont work not the email address for your customer service. The email bounces back saying the message box is full.
Your phone number keeps ringing and ringing and no one picks it up. Earlier they used to pickup the call and same message all the time. That we will ship it in 7-10 days and that 7-10 days has turned into a year now.
