Idea gprs shows sky rocketing gprs usage

Hi, I have idea corporate account. I have idea gprs 2g plan of 2gb free/Month. But my this month bill shows rs.4000 with extensive gprs usage of over 2gb which is practically impossible. Also, the credit limit is rs.3000 and the bill amount is rs. 4000 which is hilarious. My outgoing calls and sms have been barred and gprs deactivated. Request you to re-check and rectify the bill and update the same and activate my outgoing calls, sms and gprs. Regards, ipsita sahu aditya birla group

I have a corporate account with idea and my mobile no. Is 810805514 and my alternate no. Is 9860868737. Since I belong to aditya birla group I figured out from idea marketing team that it was a migration fault which had taken place and hence a set of users have been charged heavily for this. And the idea customer care team has come back to me saying that this is one time goodwill gesture and they would be waiving off the amount and include a gprs unlimited plan for rs. 199 which will be activated this month but they will charge me for previous month also. However I have not yet recieved the revised bill yet. Also it wasn't my fault that they say that it is being waived off as a one time goodwill gesture and also charging me for services which is activated this month. Please help me out so that I get the revised bill and I can go ahead and make the payment by 16th aug which is the due date.

I would like to bring to your notice that I have got several calls from your customer care executives in the last 1 week (suyog christina kiran kadam) that the amount has been waived off and the request is in processing. But this request has been processing for the last 2 weeks and I have still not received any confirmation as to the amount which is waived off and the revised bill which I need to pay.

I spoke to the customer care executive(kiran kadam) today and he confirmed to me that amount of rs.3104 is being waived off and it will take 48 hrs to process the request. The due date is 16th aug (I.E tomorrow) and I have still no confirmation about this. He also told me that till I get a confirmation about the waiver I need not make any payments and there will be no fine charges. However I would like to bring to your notice that rs. 3648 (gprs usage+taxes) should be waived off and not rs.3104.

Please ensure that this is taken on priority and process my request asap so that I can make the payment for the right amount.
