LIC deducted charges

Finally I got refund back (with 50 rs deduction). But I got surprised due to deduction of 50 rs which is very painful for me. Already I have spent 100 rs for courier charges. Ideally LIC should have refunded with interest for delaying payment. Please confirm why these charges were deducted. I have applied policy as per offered benefits (then received call from LIC that benefits are fake). If that commitment is not true or false then I reserve right to withdrawal policy, which I DID. And finally I never got policy documents. Then how LIC can deduct amount? please recheck at your end & confirm. I am awaiting you prompt reply. Finally I am seeking help from consumer court for such LIC fraud.
