Double hoardings erected, barring the view of our flat .

Please note that a double hoarding, side by side has been erected in front of our residence, barring the view which we have always enjoyed. This was erected suddenly about a few years ago, in the night. The location is next to axis bank, golpark branch, infront of "smart tailors". Our flat happens to be just above smart tailors. The beautiful view that we enjoyed from our flat, specially the durga puja 'bhashan" has been destroyed by two huge hoardings & now our view is that of the ugly patched tinned back-side of the hoardings!! please help!!! at least one of the hoardings should be removed.
