MTNl stopped local out going calls too

I lodge a complaint on grahak seva that I have paid upto date bill of mobile no. 525, but std & roaming facility is not activate, I have lodge complaint on customer care 1503 daily since last 25 days. Than on 31st mtnl start my std at 4pm and on same day at 7pm my local, std outgoing facility stop by mtnl, I have contact 1503 to ask why my local & std is disconnect, customer care didn't know that why local & std call is disconnect
