Dictatorship of principa of K.V.HFc

My brother had applied for admission in k.V.Hfc barauni . His name is shortlisted for admission. But since he is presently studying in D.A.V. Hfc.,The principal refused to give admission .Today was the last day . My brother's name- pratosh kumar father's name-paramanand singh please take the required action as soon as possible .
