Wire transfer done to wrong bank by sbi causing

I have availed an education loan from sbi for payment of tuition fees to duke university,usa. I had clearly given them instruction to transfer the money to wells fargo bank on 23 july 12. However they have taken their own call and transferred the money to wachovia bank new york. Till now the money has not been transferred. Even after continuously chasing up with the bank authorities they are not able to give proper answer. Now 01 august is the last date to remit fees to the university. The bank is not yet able to trace my money (10 lakhs) . Also my admission is at risk if I dont pay the fees till the deadline. Hence along with loss of money I am under tremendous pressure with complete lost of peace and mind. The people responsible for this negligence are ms. Sayali chauhan, mr.
