Bsnl wrong deduction of charges

My mobile number is 275. Yesterday - 012, I got a message from 1040 that: thank you for subscribing all channels /Week rs.40/Week, to unsubscribe send mysunsub to 5447 sir I DID not send any confirmation to any number for subscribing of such services. Besides that, today also without making any call or messages, around 50 rs. Deducted from my balance. Kindly arrange for refund of total loss of rs.90/- Suffered by me.
