My mobile number is 324. I had made a recharge of rs 500 on 2012 but to my surprise, within a few hours the amount disappeared. I recharged with rs 500 again on the morning of 3.07 but the same thing happened again within three hours. I lodged a complaint and one amount of rs 432 was restored. I complained again and after 4 days, I get a message that my complaint has been resolved but no amount has been credited. There is no coherent response from the customer care executives on phone, who claim that they do not have data which is older than 5 days. My problem can be very easily resolved if the company gives an extract of my usage during the period in question.
