Bsnl mimobitv cheating

Dear sir/Madam, on 2012 at 08:03 pm I received a message on my cell phone that "mimobitv: thank you for subscribing all channels/Week rs.40/Week. To unsubscribe send myunsub to 4799 - 31 jul 2012 08:03 pm" and rs.40 has been automatically deducted from my balance. I have bsnl prepaid sim. I called the customer support bsnl at 1503 no. I am not only at a loss of rs.40/- But it is high time for the multinational to opt such modus operandi. This must be stopped. It is requested necessary action may please be taken to refund my money.
