Reverse the payment for Vodafone net cruise

Sir I purchase a net cruise of vodafone on trial bases of 15 days but till 12 days it is not activate then I call to costomer care they told me that pls visit our vodafone store I visit thee and forward a request for refund after that a representative has come and collect the dongle from me on 25th june 2012 and there was 20 days time on acknowledgment but after 20 days when I DID not receive any payment I visit again vodafone store in rajori garden he forward again my request to vodafone and told me that u will receive a call with in 48 hours but there pass a one week there was no any call from vodafone after that I visit vodafone registered office in okhla on 30th of july 2012 there was two executive one is shweta and another one I DID not know the name of her I request to both lady that pls I want to talk from nodel officer of vodafone but they was not agree for that and they told me that nodel officer is on leave after that I keep my problem with her and she gave me a assurance that we will solved your problem upto 31st july after her meeting when a come out I ask the guard that nodel officer is on leave the guard reply to me the officer is nt sitting here they r sitting in sarita vihar our new office of vodafone I think that I could visit in sarita vihar but when I visit there and told the guard that I want to meet nodel officer he inform a lady officer that lady officer forwerd to a mr sardar ji I do not know the name any one he come out and go back to and then he come out with a lady I told him that I want to meet only nodel officer he told me that she is the nodel officer when ask some question her she come out from her and her false comment that she is the nodel officer finally I was unable to meet nodel officer I waste my whole day for a meeting with nodel officer but that was my mistek bec this is india. Now who will read this complaint and he is a responsive person and understand the problem of customer then pls take a necessary action on this I will very very thankful trai
