Through "deva packers and movers" company, I have sent one parcel from mumbai to bangalore. I DID not receive my parcel through home delivery. When I called to the person of deva packers and movers, for enquire about my docket no. He said I have to pay rs. 1000 to get docket no. As well as my parcel. I paid rs 1000 into their company account (acct no. 558501010035299)and then he gave me my docket no. And one toll free no. 4284 and told me to call the toll free no. Their I have to give my docket no. And they will deliver my parcel. When I called on that toll free no. I was gati toll free no. I talk to one of the service boy.. they said I have to pay more rs 1300 to get my parcel. When I call to the person of deva packers and movers he DID not receive my call. I called him many times. The person from deva packers and movers is a fraud and he cheated me. The persons name is drshan and his contact no.
