ICICI Direct company employee cheated to open demat account

Before 1 month ago I had interest to open a demat a/C. So I contacted I ICICI bank employee. He told me he will do all thing. So I given all documents to open with a cheque, but 15 later my a/C was not opend and I called he so not picked my call then I call in customer care so they told need sign on 16 page which are missed so that reason my a/C was on hold. And that time guy was met he told your form was rejected from nsdl. Dont know why. So I told the why saying anything the callcentar guys are saying my sign was missed on page 16. So he told he already puten in behalf of me. And that time I told I dont need demat a/C. So he told me to call in customer care and cancel the request he will not do anything. So I called in customer care and cancel the request.As customer care guyse said your request is cancel now. No need to go in bank. So request this gay again who taken my docs. To return my cancel cheque and documents. He said documents are came back. Only he will retrun me cheque. But that also he didnt and said to me dont do that he will losed his 2oo rs. How I dont know and then after 1 month at eveing 8.15 I got 1 sms for nsdl accepted my from. Later 15 mints I got agian 1 sms for open my demat a/C which was cancel by call centare guys. So I called that guy where I submited the doc. For please return my cheque and documents so he told he is alos doing transection in trading. I also have to do. Dont close the a/C. And then the given me bad words. But due to network problem I not heared porper. And them I met in branch they are ready to close my but they will not refund my money. Which only usage by banks to pay salary to his employee who frudly open my a/C. And he also told me he puten my sign on form pate 16 in behalf of me. I tried lot for help but no one help me that guy was behaved very badly and bank person also was behaved like he is doing faver on me. And now lossed my 250 rs. Which against I didnt got any thik. So request you to please halp me. This banks guys are chitting wich pepole for making own high icentives. Chiteed person name. Atish more. His manger moheemd also supporting him. No one is listing my request. If any budy reqeusted he dont want such thing. So how the pepole are forcing to us. And how without intimation they opend our a/C. When I visted in branch the person was told me. We are told to take a a/C. On form you puten 46 sign . He not came to me open. I was gone there. So it is my fault a/C no. XXXXXXXX1430 demat a/C no.
