Defective aakash tablet from Deals and you

I purchased aakash tablet from deals and you.Com ....I got the tablet which was defective 1.Bluetooth not working 2.Wifi not working 3.Discharging quickly 4.Sim not accessible 5.Tablet is very slow y order no. Is #718068 the dealsandyou people made me wait for about two weeks wid out any response....I then contacted infinity global people they asked me to replace it ,,,. I sent them the same..but still am awaiting the replacement,.. I tried contacting them throught email and phone...but in vain........
