Delay of gas cylinder delivery

I have got last delivery of cylinder dtd.19.06.2012 then I booking after four days (booking no.219598) for another cylinder because my domestic problem ( my anti no more)I went native place.So after four days I immediate booked another cylinder. Chirag gas agency's person said me because of immediate booking you will got delay delivery.Now both cylinder are empty in my home. I visit 4-5 times chirag gas agency but they said me because of immediate booking you got delay delivery & till date (30.07.12)I am waiting... chirag gas agency most of time could not delivery on time & because of this suffer & many problem face to common man.Please look in this matter & give me permanently solution.
