Cheating by india today group (bag it today) and criminal breach of trust
I have booked a package with india today group (bag it today) dated 20th august, 011. As per procedural requirement, I submitted my requisition with all necessary document with bag it today. Also sent scanned copy through mail dated 22nd may, 012. But the organisation failed to provide the needful services as per my requisition. Following are the necessary information regarding the package for ready reference. 1.Vouched core request form (form no. 866) 2.DD of rs. 0.00 (rupees seven hundred fifty only). DD no. 6193 of sbi dated 012. 3. My membership no bit110400031. 4. My booking ID is 900. 5. Courier receipt confirmation awb no. 8841 dated 012. Now, having the condition of breach of contract, I am demanding return of my booking amount and the additional processing fee asked for the service. Please look into the matter favourably and direct bag it today to refund the amount.

May be some of your customers got good services from your end but as far as my information goes no body of my known people are satisfied with your services. You have returned money to them after lot of excuses.
