Movie ticket booking failed in bookmyshow

Dear sir / Madam, I booked two tickets for movie (ice age 4: continental drift (3d) (u)),class type:diamond(rs. 120),qty: 2 at ags cinemas(omr: navlur, chennai)screen 2 for 4:45 pm show on 2012 through http:/In.Bookmyshow.Com by net banking. And the money rs. 3.70 has been deducted from my axis bank a/C. I booked another two tickets soon after received your sms on my mobile at 3:00 pm. Again this transaction became unsuccessful and I got a sorry sms from bms again. The amount rs.(273.70+273.70) of unsuccessful booking has not been refunded to my axis bank a/C. Please do the needful action as soon as possible.
