Nandini Milk is sold at rate more than mrp

Hi, in the nellurahalli area, shops including nadini milk parlour is selling the cowmilk homogenized at rs.25/Ltr which actual rate is rs.24. For half litre for the same they sell at rs.13 instead of rs.12.
