Docomo sms from t-huwwap for un- authorised deduction of rs.1 per day

Dear grahaksevak team, since last one month often there is a deduction from my prepaid tata docomo no.9035162851 towards net-wap and or t-huwwap @1/- Per day without my activation.I regularly get sms stating your subscription to neswap will be renewed...& today I do got a sms from t-huwwap stating "your newswap dive-in-wap will be renewed on 28-jul-12 for 1 day at rs.1/- Dial 5223 to stop".(Since I never activated how thye can deduct from my prepaid account?). Many a times I have taken up the issue with tata docomo customer care & appellatte and within this 30 days time, 4 times I have got back the deductions and got an assurance that this will not repeat. But today(27-07-12)again I got an sms as above. When I have not activated for the netwap or t-huwwap , why such a sms? my trial to deactivation failed since the phone number 5223 is not getting connected or not responding back properly by the digit pressed since it is automated. Could you please help me to deactivate the smss from t-huwwap/Netwap permanently since my phone number is a fully dnd activitated one. Regards, k.Prabhakaran pillai
