Vechicle finance from ICICI bank

ICICI bank given me finance for two wheeler (hero honda splendor plus)I M paid full amount of finance ..........but ICICI bakk had not given me nil certificate. & Not given me vehicle documents like rto passing card...so pl help me for this....
