Rastiya jan kalyan sewa ka job ke naam pe dhokha

Ashwani kumar last jan 2012 they advertise vacancy of district development officer,block development officer and assistant co-coordinator in himachal pradesh location and 450 demand draft favor of "rashtriya jan kalyan sewa" payable at new delhi. And 11/7/2012 they send to me appointment letter as assistant co-oerdinator and demand training fee of rs. 00/- Before 20/7/2012 on 14/7/2012 I had tranfer 00/- By my a/C no in favour of mr. Shiv jee parsad a/C no. S.B.I. 3932 and mob. No. 2599 or a phone no. 5602 and till now there is no communication all the mob. No. & Phone no. Are switch off. Now 12 days left but there is no correspondence or communication with them there is no training card send to me till today. So please take an necessary action against them and aginst this farzi bhara compony.
