Amb chrg incl st & cess by hdfc bank

Hdfc bank deducted an amount of rs.385 for amb chrg incl st & cess with any prior information. This happened to me thrice. I lost around 1500 rupees. This is not fair deducting money without any prior notification by hdfc bank. I want all the deducted money to be refunded by hdfc bank.
