Harassment by nandini milk outlet employee in btm layout

On 26th july 012, I went to the nandini milk outlet in 16th main, btm layout second stage. I wanted to buy 3 green milk packets. First he gave me 3 packets with use by date of 27th. I paid him the money also. When I was taking the milk packets one by one suddenly he changed one packet with use by date of 26th. I asked for the one he gave earlier with the use by date of 27th and he said this time use and see what happens. I explained him that I'M going to use the milk tomorrow (27th) only so give me the pack with 27th use by date. But he kept on saying what he was saying and finally arogantly he said if you want take this I won't change the pack. So I could not buy the milk and came back without buying the milk. Not only this. I'M staying in btm layout for the past 2 years and buying milk daily from the same shop only. Many of the times there will be problem with this shop keeper regarding change. He never gives change and always ask correct change form the customers only. If I dont have correct change and eventhough he has change he will say if you want milk give correct change otherwise go. He is always so arrogant and rude. This kind of harassment is totally unacceptable and I would appreciate it if someone took action on this shopkeeper.
