Through ICICI bank home loan sanctioned & approved and allotted fund in my a/C & name to M/S M.V.Housing p ltd for their keshab residency housing project for one flat, no- 1f, ist floor, at 138,keshab chandra sen street,block-II, kol-9 of area super built 1204 sq.Ft & open space 755 sq.Ft. The director of M/S M.V.Housing mr vinod kumar gupta who have relation with one of my professional dealing partners and allowed to engage minor water proofing work at different sites.During our flat booking & after wards mr V.K.Gupta financial assisted me & also to that dealing partner. While fund incumbency unable to attend further professional attachment, the then period both under mutual request placed instruction to mr gupta for helped & allow over cum the fund crunch support. Afterwards in the MID period of 2011 mr gupta told me that my self paid ICICI bank amount also he paid to that partner & no money & no flat registration in your name to be allowed. Moreover through power of attorney he tried to enjoy the said flat as already provide to other even I objected it to ICICI bank with no right to claim emi directly from M/S M.V.Housing also. Under such stands, either M/S M.V.Housing allow me for registration & occupancy for this said flat or pay back my paid part. Request for guide line as to overcome with recovery both in legal & as consumer stand?
