Hi all, I was trying to order three items online from bag it today. The amount of rs. 1947 was deducted but the product was not booked(order ID 40). I got a call immediately after this from bag it today. They have informed me that my order is not booked and I will get a refund for the same. Bag it today also said that they will be providing me discount for the inconvenience but they wanted my credit card details. Initially I hesitated, but they have informed me that it's a trusted secured phone line. So, I have provided my credit card details. This is where my life was made miserable by them. They have booked the same set of products in two portions(order ID 4074 and 093) availing me a discount of rs. 500. Order ID 4040 consists of 3 items which are same as in the above two ID's. In the mean time they have made a order of rs. 3499 (order ID 1018034125)using my card details stating some offers. After getting the information via text message from my bank, I tried calling them; but didn't get the line. I was so screwed and helpless that I wanted to cancel all the orders and get the refund at the earliest. So, I contacted bag it today. But they said that they can't direct me to the sales/Refund department; they can raise a complaint instead. The complaint numbers are: 0078 0416 0474 0483 I have been requesting them after knowing that they have made my pocket empty, but no action has been taken yet. Moreover, now all I got is the information regarding the product dispatch through some courier. Is this the way you treat customers. I have requested the customer support via phone since the day of payment for cancelling the orders that their people have booked. And no action has been taken yet. And now they are forcing me to accept the products by telling me that there is no possibility to get a refund. They are not transferring my call to any real responsible person also. What am I supposed to do now??? all I want is the refund for the orders what bag it today people have made. Please help. Thanks & regards, avijit kumar naskar
