Htc 3g android mobile from Naaptol is defective

Dear sir, I booked one htc 3g android mobile through on line shopping on 1st may 2012 vide order no.3910861 from naaptol,made the payment also from my credit card account on the same day(statement available) .I got the mobile on 18th may 12 but the memorry card is not been received with mobile,camera of the mobile also was not working at the time of received .In this regard I made compliant in naaptol customer care . After two days the display of the mobile also became defect ,on consultation with naaptol customer care staffs they direct me to send back the mobile to quantium solutions,shop no.15,h.No.4,anand nagar ,C s road -1,opp.Labh darshan ,dahisar,mumbai-400068 for replacement .Accordingly I returned the mobile on 24th may 2012 through blue dart courier on a/C. Of naaptol vide p.O.D no.13473943836.After that I am continuously touch with the customer care staff for replacement but till to-day I am not received the same.Regards
