Mahindra xylo vehical accident

Dear sir, I am nandkishor.M.Kumavat keep xylo-mahindra make . Reg no : gj-01kc-6434 ( gujarat ). We have purchased this vehical from mahindra dealer , punjab automobiles ,sola road, ahmedabad. . During services time, papl service person had accident my vehical in his workshop or other places at the time of delivery. I have seen this accident damage. So I complain them and give me complete this and replace new spares when during accident by your service person, but they had told me this all charges paid by you and all accident charges in you scope. They have not done repair job satisfactory. This accident had been occurred at his workshop or another place by his service person. So papl authority is responsible , hence I have not taken delivery from his workshop, at present my vehical is laying in his workshop.From last one month period they have not done alone job inspite of my frequent follow up . Kindly do the action against mahindra dealer : punjab automobiles ,sola road, ahmedabad , if I will not get satisfactory result, I will do legal and consumer complain immediately. Regds, nandkishor .
