I have purchased new tata sky connection just before two month ago. The problem is that set up box is not working from the first day of installation( after 6.00 p.M only it is not working and during the day it is working properly). When we complaint at service station they also told us that we are finding the same problem at our office with this set up box. Then after they exchange our new setup box and give us older one. Should we accept older set up box even though we purchase the new connection? and when we told them we are not accepting older set up box please either u give us our money back or give us another new set up box.They told us we don't have such policy. And u have to compromise with old setup box. How can we do this?
