Cadbury dairy milk silk rotten piece being sold

I got dairy milk from nearby grocery shop in delhi. The size of the chocolate was half. The siver paper was all in the chocolate. The chocolate seemed to be rotten. The taste was not original it was turning to powder. Code 120518a 8 8844 regards, ashima
