Idea cellular has so many ideas to cheat customers

On 22 july I got a message from idea saying 148 rs have been deducted from my account(9881317242) for 3mb(duration 8hrs)data usage.I also had a 98 rs plan activated on my mobile whose validity was ending on 21 july.I called customer care and asked them about it,the representative told me that my 1gb data usage had already crossed on 4 july and that I have been charged for additional usage.I have also been getting regular messages from idea indicating data usage on a daily basis.According to those messages I had 300mb extra data usage remaining in the 98rs pack on 21st july. Idea's customer service is pathetic.They are still not able to give me account of the money dedudted from my account.Even their customer care is not toll free.Worst of all the representative will tell u to hold the line and then hang up after 2 mins.Such type of service providers should be shut down. Idea is a big cheater deducting money from customers account.I have called customer care several times and they are not able to understand this problem or refund my money.Idea sucks big time!

Now they have come up with a new idea of cheating customers.They deduct money from customers account and if you call customer care to ask about deduction they say that their system is down and ask to call after 4 hours.I have lost another 80rs this month.I'M definitely switching from idea to vodafone.Thanks to number portability.All those who have been cheated by idea strip up and switch to new service provider.That's the best way to teach them a lesson.

Yeah right.I have done that before.The idea representative called me after reading my complain on one of the forums.He couldn't solve the fkin problem.There is no user in identifying yourself here.

Dear idea cellular why don't you just f**k that token ID mentioned above? first fix your systems which are down busy f**kin all the time.

I activated the 3g plan on my account in the month of june 9769203573 when I called the CC I was told by the advisor that in 450 I'LL be getting 600mb plus 2gb but now as per the last conversation with the advisor at CC.

He informed me that there is no such plan available in 450 I will get only 2gb. Please I would like you to check this as its been more than 2days & no action taken yet. They informed me that they will track the call & check what conversation I had with the advisor.....but nothing happened....I got no answer or response for it.

Then is received a revert from the team stating that the charges are correct as per the gprs plan or usage......I understand that the usage will be right but what about the false information given to me......there has been nothing done for it.

On the contrary the team is asking me to change my 3g plan to 599 & then they will reverse my charges......wow that's a nice way of taking money from people. Without looking at the actual problem in your own team you are asking us to pay extra.....for what!!!!

this is very very poor service......not acceptable at all!!!!

I have stopped calling the customer service because they themselves dont know what answer or information to give even if they give they themselves are not sure about it.

Bad customer service......

Hi there

this is not the 1st time this has happened one waiver of rs.181 was supposed to be applied but it never did on my account u advising to speak to your customer service advisor....sorry I don't think that will be of any use because as I said earlier they themselves are not sure what information they are giving to us. And every time for the same question or query we get different answers....
