No service guarantee from Dell

I have buyed a dell vostro 1015 laptop dated 6 march 2011 .My bluetooth is not compatable when it connected with any mobile p.C suit. This problem of compatibility is started the day when I buyed the laptop .I have taked about this problem with the manufacturer also and with the showroom from where I buyed the laptop . But they didnot help me out of this problem I want my laptop compatable by the manufacturer or by showroom from where I buyed the laptop or exchange this laptop of same configuration.
