Regarding free hold of DDA flat

File no : M/22(79)82/Np/Dg I applied for free hold of my flat to dda vide request ID - 7168 , application/Challan no 7933 on 2009 for rs 0000 . I was denied free hold of my flat and demanded bribe by a director citing that I have encroached public land and there fore the free hold will not be done unless a hefty bribe is paid to him and his staff . Strange that my flat is on the second floor and unless ground and first floor does encroach the public land I cannot , as I can not encroach it in thin air. I even asked them to come and visit and check if the information passed on is having any truth in it but none came .Very weird the reasoning was . I approached a number of time personally and through brokers but he same song they continued to sing till date and since the bribe to this director and his staff is not paid the free hold is pending since 2009 and presumingly will not be done also . I am a defense pensioner of 85 years female and wishes to convert it in free hold as after me the property dispute between children is a common phenomenon. I request you to kindly take up this matter on urgent basis.
