LIC jeevan tarang policy complaint

I am policy holder of LIC I am purchased jeevan tarang policy by LIC this policy term period is 15years I am completed 3years this policy installment am completed 3years bt amount is 0000 per year and total policy amount ian 60000cy but company is not give my money they told me will give my money after 15 year s but how can I wait 15 year.
