Aramex not delivering the parcels

I purchased a micro sd card from tradus.Com they shipped my courier by aramex on 7/07/12 by courier tracking number 4186 bus when I cant receive my courier till 20/07/12 I register a complain on their website then on 21/07/12 their website show that the parcel is delivered to me on 17/07/12 somewhere in mumbai while I am living in chhattisgarh bhilai their website also show that the destination is bhilai but they deliver it in mumbai I thought that they are making money through other person purchase..
