On 28th june I purchased an idea3gnetsetter from this company connect india online amount 299, when I made the transaction I first tried the transaction through bank of india debit card which shows unsuccessful then I made the transaction from city bankcard and the transaction was successful. But later I found that the company has deducted the same amount from my bank of india account as well as from city bank account, means there was a double transaction for the same device.So I put up the mail to the satyam there the sales person satyam singh , then he gave me the ID of mr ankit shrivastava ankit shrivastava ,and asked me to put the transaction statement of both the banks in the mail I DID the same and mr ankit confirm that yes there was the double transaction from their end and promised me to refund the amount and its been 22 days of purchse no amount was refunded to me.Now they dint even pick up the calls and reply the mails.And today when I go to idea store I get to know the 2nd mistake that they DID is that they activated a wrong plan of 1gb instead of unlimited plan I applied for. And now its showing me the outsatnding balance of 4000 rs on my head because of company's mistake. I am mentally fristrated and tired of contacting this comapny again and agian but no action taken.
