Dear sir, grahak seva form my vodafone mobile no. Is 7077 gopi krishan mehra amritsar. On 16th july 2012 I had done vodafone online recharge for rs.325/-,325/-(I.E,rs.650) through online sbi transaction ref no igb6937866,6937250 resp. After the payment process the recharge was failed with the message "sorry unable to process your request" but my bank account was debited for rs.325/-&325/ (I.E,rs.650/-) And till date I have not received the refund back in my account. I,therefore, request the forum to please take up the matter seriously with the said company and lay strict guide lines to the online service provider so that customer my not harass for loss of money and have to wait for refund of failure of vodafone online recharge.
