Indiatimes shopping deducted amount twice
Today I have booked a order form india shopping.Indiatimes.Com I have book the order once but 3 duplicate order(3001289356,3001289400,3001289372) has rised and amount have deducted form my a/C 2times. Please find the bellow pasted a/C statement mini account statement account ID : 7083 available balance : inr 2.81 cheques in clearing : inr 0.00 linked fd balance : inr 0.00 total available balance : inr 2.81 available balance as on 20/07/2012 : inr 2.81 latest 10 transactions sr.No date description* cr/Dr amount 1 20/07/2012 bil/337434230/Dth/A2zshopping dr inr 7.00 2 20/07/2012 bil/337433689/Dth/A2zshopping dr inr 7.00 3 20/07/2012 iin/Www.Ccavenu/20120720104023/0 dr inr 2.00 when I have contcted with the customer care they told they have received the ammount only once but form my a/C amoount deducted two times. I have called them (case ID :324660),and lonched a complain they told they will not provide me any complain no and the person whom I have talked didnt told me even his name. This is very rude attitude and rude replay I received form them. I want my money back for the duplicate order with in 24 hrs.
For the information I got mail only for the order 3001289356
but didnt get any mail for the otehr two

because I didnt buy that product then why I received mail containing that it has shipped I want my money back
