Reimbursement of balance amount in LICHFL rs 85000 out of sanctioned rs17 lacs

I was told that balance amount rs85000 will be reimbursed after grih pravesh which occurred on 24 april 012. Then after myself continuously perusing my agent s. K. Tripathi for the same.Afterthat igave an application on 6 july 2012 duly received by that office but till date nothing has been done.
