Dear si/Ma'am, I have purchased handset htc one V on 3rd june'12, my phone was dead on 18th june morning I have visited the service center in okhla-2 in delhi. They have told me that htc one V has manufacturing defect and many other customers are facing the same trouble and given me the customer care no 3566 and asked me to call them the customer care will send the doa certificate to them and I can collect the same from service center. When I called the customer care they told me in next 24 hrs you will get the doa letter and from then on they kept on extending the date. On 27th june they have told me I will get the box replacement in which I will get the new handset and asked to deposit my handset at okhla-2 service center. I was suppose to get the handset in next 10 days but its been more than 20 days they don’t have any status and keep on extending the delivery date.
