Sir, I purchased a sim tata docomo on 2012 submitting all photo and photo proof with a salem dealer. He lost the documents and asked for the same next day. I promptly submitted again. On 012, tata docomo cut my outgoing voice, data msg services. I visited again to enquire the dealer. He asked me to submit all the documents again. 3rd time I submitted. Now after 10 days, after talking to the service care at docomo, chat on docomo, registering complaint on their portal, and submitting my grievance on listen@tatadocomo.Com, and sending repeated mails to them, they have not cared to lift the bar on my sim. I am at my wits end on what to do with the sim, I have been isolated from my contacts because of this. I would be thankful if this is set right. My number is 001.
